How long does it take to ship my order?

We usually ship 1 to 2 business days after an order is placed. Our primary carrier is the United States Postal Service using First Class or Priority Mail. We have found USPS to be very reliable and faster than other carriers' ground services. All our shipments have delivery confirmation or are signature required and are fully insured so you will be covered if there is a problem.

I think my order was lost in the mail. When do I get my money back or a replacement?

Our insurance company requires us to allow 22 days from the date the item ships to process a claim for non-receipt. Although it is unusual for an item to take that long to arrive sometimes lost items get found or redirected to the correct address. After the 22 day waiting period we will process your claim and give a full refund or replace the item within 5 working days. Refund or replacement is the customer's choice.

Do you have a customer service phone?

We have found that we can maintain the highest quality customer service using e-mail. This allows our staff to travel, work flex hours, and multitask as well as helps keep our costs down so we can remain competitive. We understand this does not please some who want an answer right this minute. But, over the last 9 years there has never been a problem that could not be resolved just as fast over e-mail as a phone call when you take into account the time it takes to research a solution. 

Where do you buy cards?

We buy cards primarily from nationally known wholesale & bulk dealers. We have a strict standard for quality and have found certain dealers to be more consistent with these standards. This saves time and money and reduces spoilage (damage to the product).

Where can I sell my cards?

Your best bet is to take your cards to a show or local dealer in you area. Card condition is a huge concern when it comes to price and really the best way for a dealer to be certain of condition is to physically look at the cards. Everyone thinks they have mint cards but truly mint cards are actually rare.

Where are you located? Can I visit your store?

We are an exclusively Internet company and don't have a physical store front. We currently have an office located in Everett, WA. We also keep CardboardInvestor.com inventory near this location so we can pull product and answer specific questions if needed.

Do you sell at sports card shows?

At this time we don't sell at shows but we do travel to shows to buy cards.
